Aspira Therapy is a mobile-based NDIS Occupational Therapy service dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives. We pride ourselves on delivering flexible, client-centered therapy across various settings, including in-home, community, school environments, telehealth, or any other location that best supports our clients needs.

Currently, we service all metropolitan areas of Melbourne, with a focus on the Western suburbs. Aspira Therapy offers services Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our services are designed to support a wide range of needs, including:

• Neurodivergent support tailored for individuals (children and adults) with autism, ADHD, and individuals with other neurodivergent profiles to develop functional life skills, executive functioning, emotional regulation, sensory processing strategies, and workplace or daily living adaptations.

• Supporting adults with neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other neurological conditions to enhance functional independence, cognitive skills, emotional regulation, and daily living adaptations.

• Capacity-building strategies (daily living skills, community participation, social particpation) to empower individuals in their everyday lives.

• Assistive technology assessments and prescriptions for greater independence and functionality.

• Falls prevention and mobility assessments to reduce injury risks and promoting safe movement.

• Home modification assessments to create a safe and more accessible living environments.

• Functional capacity assessments and OT reports to support NDIS plans, funding applications, and tailored interventions.
